Can I replace the hooks

You could cut the hooks off leaving the two eyes intact, then attach new hooks using small rings to attach the new hooks. Rings are available at most fishing tackle shops

what fishing line it need to dive that depth ?

I use a 50lb fluorocarbon leader on 60 pound line. I do use 20lb fluorocarbon leader on the 4.75" Rapala X, but it is only for diving 10 feet. These 30's have a pretty big bill, which deliver a lot of resistance on you rod and reel.
