Great pancakes and low sugar!
If you are following an eating plan, the keto macros fit perfectly into a few popular supervised diet plans. Pancakes have a great taste, texture, mix and cook easily. And cost effective when compared to other packaged/monitored low sugar eating plans boxes. I have built these into my maintenance eating plan and look forward to blueberry pancakes as well as ProtiDIET oatmeal.

Tastd very good. I eat these almost every day. It works great with my weight loss plan.
Each packet makes about 2 waffles in my Dash. I use it to stay on at a healthy weight because the single serving packets are 100 calories each. They are very easy to make. Just add water to the mix, stir well and your ready to go. It's a great low calorie, warm meal first thing in the morning. Great for these cold day.

Bariatric VSG dream come true
Soooooo good! Perfect size for a bariatric patient, stats are incredible! I can have pancakes with little carbs? YES! The people that are complaining of taste might be comparing this to real pancakes..of course they are not real pancakes but they are satisfying and yummy. I'll be buying more boxes of theses
