How many actual 'full' blocks are in this kit ? Are there enough to have two 'full complete blocks' on each side of the bike ?

The kit I received contained 4 blocks so the answer would be “yes” A word of caution- be very careful about the size of the bars, don’t rely on the supplier’s application guidance. They don’t fit a R1250GS Adventure for instance.

Is this suitable for the bmw r1250gs adventure?

Yes I bought these as a replacement and i can confirm they do the job as when I dropped the bike when manoeuvring the block split with no damage to the bike.
