Insulin for yoghurt making
This is an excellent substrate for L. Reuterri yoghurt. Adding to milk while stirring along with L Reuterri starter I found that the yoghurt sets in 16-18 hrs .. just one bit of info. Make sure you buy a good yoghurt maker as L Reuterri is very temp sensitive species. And some of the yoghurt maleing maches sold on Amazon say that they are actually temp controlled, the one I bought had only a show pony switch the temp was constantly above 42.8 Centigrade.

Great for homemade, healthy yogurt!
This Inulin Prebiotic Fiber works excellently in my homemade yogurt. When combined with Probiotic powder, it makes my yogurt healthy and of the right consistency. I am very happt with this Inulin.

Easy to take Fiber
Easy to take and add this fiber supplement to a glass of water, soda, or other drink. It has zero taste and mixes completely, with no gritty residue. The other well-known brands that contain psyllium husk fiber left me feeling bloated after taking them. This product has no stomach side effects when I use it. Good amount of product for reasonable price too.
