It's loose it leaks and the hose actually blew off from it.....

Better than I thought
This adapter worked great this past summer for my sprinkler system. I was worried it would pop-off with the regular water pressure from outside faucet. No problems!

Simple to install
I used this on the hose I ran to my wife's flower pots so they are watered automatically. It fit on the Rain Bird 1/2" hose that I installed for the watering system. Worked perfectly and now I can relax as I don't have manually water the 8 pots by hand. Got this installed 3 days before we left on vacation.

Patience is a virtue
The small drip lines are of little value. I replaced them with a 1/2 drip line and 4 gph flag drip heads. Perfect. Timer. Be patient with initial set up. At first it appeared that only the manual setting worked. Not so. Instead of resetting over and over, set it and wait for next cycle start. Works great. I used this to water my tomatoes while we were on vacation. Temps were over 100 degrees every day here in AZ and the plants looked great on return. Now it is the only watering I do. Absolutely worth the investment.
