This arm strengthener is great! 👍 it was easy to adjust ( the video, the company provides is also very helpful. At one point I found my arm and wrist becoming so weak, this device helped strengthen it in very short time; making it much easier to lift certain things. The size is good and takes up very little space. I love this 😀 product, the price is reasonable & its benefit makes it a good value. Since everyone is different, I suggest take your time and go at your own pace. I hope this is helpful.

Hands down the best equipment that I’ve used for getting ur forearms jacked. I will never not use this product. I have one at the house at work and in my car lmao. Hands down if u want ripped forearms juts give it shot and I guarantee u just do 5 on Posterior and it will kick ur ass and another 5 on ur Anterior and yeah u will feel it. I do 25 both sides and yeah I couldn’t do that when I first started using the Sportneer

good quality, the only thing is it puts a bit of pressure on the forearm but i get around this problem by putting my other hand under it to protect my forearm.
