This is my favorite B complex supplement and I have used it for many years. It’s not a five star anymore as it’s gotten too expensive, and I have had to switch to another brand. 🤷🏻‍♀️ If the price ever drops significantly I’ll buy it again.

I’ve been taking Max stress for years. And what I love about it is it keeps my mood stable and I know I’m getting plenty of vitamins. I’ve had more than one friend tell me that they notice a mood boost when they take this regularly. I highly recommend this product.

This is a naturally fermented B complex and it’s much more gentle on the body than any dry pills of B complex, which are all super synthetic. However I wish Premier Research Labs would start offering this liquid formula in 1gram gelatin capsules. Because I never need the recommended dose on the bottle anyway, which is 2.5ml. That’s too much for me, I took a blood test and saw my B12 levels were abnormally high on that dose. I only need 1mL per day which is equivalent to 1gram. I just wish I could take it with the rest of my pills because that would be a lot more travel-friendly and efficient.

I feel much better and energetic after taking this vitamin for a week! I also feel more focused! I take it as prescribed first thing in the morning and feel great the rest of the day.
