Does this product arrive with any protective seal? I received one today without anything and want to ensure it hasn’t been tampered with etc.

How do you apply this on roses? Do I apply this to the soil or spray the whole plant? Thank you

This version of Maxsea is intended to be dissolved in water and use in solution hence hydroponic. I use it on carnivorous plants that will absorb the fertilizer through their foliage. For roses I would use one of the other Maxsea fertilizers. Something like the Bloom Plant version. I would apply it to the soil.

Why doesn't Amazon ship to Canada? I ordered it before and now they don't?

It would depend on the vendor. Try another vendor it may work.

What are the ingredients and in what concentration?

This is just a soluble 16-16-16 fertilizer with some dried seaweed extract in it. 16% each of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium with the added Seaweed for some added micro nutrients.
