Got these after physical therapy, they used them, now my husband loves them also, quality is outstanding ease of use is great and they all fit in the bag when your done

I was moving some furniture that turned out to be heavier than expected and wrecked my trapezius muscles...I put ice and heat on it for the past few days and it was slowing getting better but really inconvenient for me. A friend reccommended these and OMG, I put them right over the knots for 10 minutes and I could practically feel the knots dissolve!! My back looks like I was fighting an octopus but the relief is unbelievable. These little guys are going to be life savers!!!

These are great for personal use. Professional however, the XL cups lose their structure when dealing with tight fascia. I purchased these hoping they would be a dupe for Bellabaci but unfortunately, they don’t compare.

I am a licensed acupuncturist and have experience using a variety of cups. These are nice, thick- walled cups that provide excellent suction for their size, not flimsy junk, and will meet most cupping needs. Occasionally I need stronger suction over a larger area than the largest cup in this kit can provide. The limitation is volume. If they were to make it in a larger size, however, it would probably be too big to squeeze effectively. For this situation I will default back to my large silicone cups with a fold line in them for compression; they give more suction but are harder to clean and dry. Most of the time, I will now use these.

I bought these cups per the recommendation from my instructor of a myofascial class. I don’t believe the provide as much suction as my standard circle latex cups that I already use. I would not buy them again. They don’t stay in suction mode very long and they slip out of my hand when trying to use them on a client. I am trained in cupping as my profession is an LMT.

I suffer from TMJ and use to help my muscles relax. Cupping myself is my go to to hopefully reduce the pain or catch it before it gets worse.

As a novice I was worried about using these to relieve muscular tension. However they were very easy to use and really work to take away pain around knees, legs, shoulders and back. I’m Buying a facial cupping set from the same seller!
