How tall is this because im 5"1 and im not sure if this is going to be my height.

A Wing Chun dummy is supposed to be standard height. It is to practice enough that the form is repetitious. If you are short (I am 5' 2") It is beneficial you use it as is, because your form, most likely will always need to be used on someone taller then you. You can not ask your assailent to adjust their height before fighting them just because you're short. So, use it as is.

Can you ship the dummy internationally to México?

I am sure it can be arranged. If you have Amazon, and type in the address, and it has a portion to add country, see if Mexico is available. It may take longer, and cost a bit more, but will arrive if Amazon will ship it.

If i put this in a corner against the wall, will it be stable enough? Is this a great value for a first dummy?

It’s great value. I didn’t put mine against a wall as I feared it could dent the wall; mine is freestanding. Pretty stable

What kind of wood is the dummy made of?

Not sure what kind of wood the arms & legs are. But the body is metal. Makes a lot of noise when striking. There's too much slack in the areas where the arms are placed. You'd have to find some form of buffer to dampen the sound.
