Can i use these with my lg tone ear buds?

I don’t know about the LGs. They work really great for the Apple Air buds.

Can you still control the volume with these on?

Yes I guess it depends on the earbuds you use these on but I use mine on a pair that you tap the side of the in ear part for volume so it doesn’t interfere with that
