Do you start with the morning or night tea to begin?

Do you start with the morning or night tea to begin? Dear, Thank you for your interest in Slimming you detox tea. The first day, you would start with 1 morning tea in the morning and 1 night tea in the evening (The night tea is strong, please drink less if you are sensitive to the tea). Then drink 1 cup morning boost tea each day and drink 1 cup night cleanse tea every other night before bedtime. Hope this helps. Best regards.

Since this is a detox tea, after drinking, approximately how long will it take to send to bathroom ?

Drinking this tea it does keep you regulated, not diarrhea. It does make me go to the bathroom more often and I think it's detoxing. My body feels clean from using this tea.

Does it contain caffeine?

Dear, Thank you for your interested in our detox tea. The morning tea contained (Oolong tea & green tea), the caffeine of per teabag is between 10-40 mg, helps refresh in the morning. However, the night tea's caffeine is lower than 3 mg (Pu'er tea), so you can drink with reassurance in the night, the cleanse tea helps get ready for tomorrow. Sincere regards.

Is this a meal replacement drink or do u just add it with food

I think It’s best to take the morning one after a little meal. The night one i dont think it matter.
