| Product Warranty | 24, If the consumer chooses to have the goods repaired but the seller does not do so, the replacement of the goods to bring them into conformity will give rise to a new period of legal warranty of conformity for the replaced goods. Any product that is serviced or repaired by a dealer not authorized by Aqualung is no longer covered by the above warranties., Limited Lifetime Warranty Aqualung offers a commercial warranty to the original purchaser, and warrants that, from the date of purchase, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided it is subjected to normal use, proper maintenance, and service as prescribed by the dealer, subject to the limitations listed below. The limited lifetime warranty is extended only to the original purchaser for purchases made directly from Aqualung or an authorized dealer and is not transferable. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Aqualung's discretion, and applies only if the regulator is inspected or serviced annually by Aqualung or an authorized Aqualung dealer. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper use or maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, alterations, accidents, fire, disaster, or normal wear and tear and aging. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and fraying, is not covered by the warranty unless the product is new, out of its original packaging. This warranty does not apply to equipment used for commercial or military purposes. Any product that is serviced or repaired by a dealer not authorized by Aqualung is no longer covered by the above warranties., The warranty applies to all product as a result of a manufacturing defect or material defect recognized as such by Aqualung. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or if the equipment sold has not been maintained in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this guide. The warranty ceases if the product is modified by a person or workshop not authorized by Aqualung. This warranty does not extend to products sold for commercial or military use. Dive Center equipment (rental/learning) is warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for defects in materials and/or workmanship provided the product is used properly and maintained according to our recommendations. The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity. Under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations, the legal guarantee of conformity covers the defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery, packaging, assembly instructions or installation. The customer who wishes to implement this legal guarantee of conformity can act within a period of two years from the delivery of the product. Defects of conformity that appear within this period are presumed to exist at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. The customer can choose between repairing or replacing the good.
