I purchased this collagen powder a long while ago to mix in the smoothies that I used to make for my daughter who did gymnastics competitively. I couldn't see that it made any difference in recovery but I used it mostly for protein content. However, for the past week I started to use it for myself and noticed a significant improvement in how my knee joints feel. I usually feel pain after the morning run and the pain lasts for the most of the day subsiding only the next morning. Then it's pain again after the next morning run. After a week of mixing 1/2 a scoop with my morning tea and 1/2 a scoop with my afternoon tea, the pain in my knee lessened and now lasts only for half a day. I also noticed an improvement in my elimination, which became easier and smoother. I am hoping to gain all other benefits, such as skin, nails and hair improvement, while continuing to use this product. As for the taste and appearance, I don't taste any difference in my tea apart for it feeling smoother and thicker. I included pictures of what does the hot water look like when it is mixed with the 1/2 scoop of collagen and what the tea looks like (I add lemon and honey, because that is how I take my morning tea). Sometimes I mix in the powder with coffee. It feels like a good quality creamer without any taste. I would definitely recommend this product and am planning to buy it again as soon as I run out of it.

As a Muslim I love this product ! The quality and the fact that it’s tasteless and doesn’t alter your drink (hot or cold). Mixes well and effective.

I’ve been taking this collagen every day and noticed a slight improvement in my metabolism. I think it’s a good product—just give it a month or two for the best results. You’ll see the difference! Yes, I would definitely recommend it.

Halal and flavorless. Added to tea without any sense I was taking a supplement. Gave it to my mom and she had no idea.

This is overall a good halal collagen peptide option. It dissolves very easily in hot liquid. I am very picky so I will say however, the taste is more acceptable with green tea as compared to coffee/black tea with milk. I noticed milk makes the beef collagen taste more prominent. Ever since I tried it with tea now I can drink this every day because I'm used to it (I add stevia as well). I'm using it more for the effect on joints so I'll report back on that but so far so good.
