how wide does this stretch to?

Hello snow2cold,Thanks so much for your question! With a hard pull, these can stretch up to 12 to 13 inches. A medium pull, these would stretch 10 to 11 inches. Thanks for the question!Sincerely,Jessica BordellStyla Hair

Are these small enough for babies?

Yes and therefore too small for adults! I’m very disappointed that have near zero stretch too!

Can I heat press these?

I ironed them. I don't know how extreme "heat pressing" is?

Where are these made?

The headbands are manufactured in China.
