For those that got pregnant from using this, how long did it take and have you had issues getting pregnant prior to using this product?

I was on FertilMax for approx. 2 months when I got pregnant. Prior to that we tried for 2 years without luck. We thought perhaps it was my age but we tried FertilMax before giving up and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got positive results. I'm 41 yrs old expecting my first child in August.

I noted that the b12 is the cyanocobalamine form which I know is synthetic. Is this an error as the product is labelled 100% natural and organic?
