I am a huge matcha fan. I have tried many other brands. However, I’m on a budget and $60 for an ounce of matcha is not an option for me. For the price this is the best matcha I have tried. It is now my go to when in stock. The flavor is great, the color is perfect (bight green like it should be) and it blends pretty good in water (not as good as some other brands but definitely not the worse). For me country of origin is important to me and I only want organic matcha from Japan. I prefer first harvest for the quality. This really does meet those standards. I’m very pleased with my matcha.
