Really good. I struggle with dark spots and mild acne especially during my period and these help a lot. Also having patches on prevents me from picking them and making it worse. If you wash your face and put the patches right after drying, the patches won’t fall off overnight. As a side sleeper I was worried it would come off but even the ones that aren’t designed for overnight don’t come off.

Pros: Lightens dark spots 1 to 2 shades overnight. Also treats pimples. Decent sized coverage. Cons: Edges tend to lift. Can get pricey $$$ when using more than 1 to 2 patches every few days as directed.

I was initially scared off and disappointed by the observation that on my skin the microdarts of these patches do not dissolve up to the base as usually. However, I came to conclusion that this is due to high vitamin C concentration that makes needles quite stiff and my oily skin that might prevent water supply from deep layers to hyaluronic acid. All in all the effect is decent and seen very fast, after a few applications
