I will definitely buy it again - sore post workout muscles feel much better the next day.

Actually helps after workouts
I take one or two after a run or weight workout and it actually reduces the tiredness after. It's very expensive for what it is though. Quercetin can be hard for a quarter of the price and I don't know how much the other ingredients do. I'll have to experiment with plain quercetin.
