This pillow is very comfortable and gives nice support for my neck and shoulders. The shape feels a little different at first, but in a good way, and it helps keep my head in a better position while sleeping. The memory foam is soft but still supportive, and the cooling case feels pleasant. I also like that it doesn’t have a strong smell. Great pillow for side and back sleeping.

I’m sleeping much better now and feel very comfortable. I tried more than seven different pillows before finding the right one. This pillow has greatly reduced the pain in my neck and shoulder.

This is a really supportive, comfortable pillow for back sleepers. It doesn’t get hot like some types of memory foam. It keeps its shape and that is why you get comfortable support. No sinking or squishing down. The design is smart. I do some side sleeping and for me, I had to find my sweet spot. If I am not aligned properly with the pillow on my side, I will get an ache in my neck, when I wake up. I am petite and my neck is not that long. There are two sides of the pillow where one side is lower than the other and I choose the low side for my comfort. I do recommend trying this pillow. Everyone is built different so you will never know if you don’t try. For the manufacturer, it would be helpful to have more size options in this model, for smaller necked people. Please don’t go by averages, just make for smaller necks. This pillow works for me for the most part, but it would be even better for me for my side sleeping to have a lower height. Great pillow design!

This pillow has worked great for keeping my neck stable while I sleep. After falling on the ice and throwing my my neck and shoulder out of wack I ordered it and I also was going to the chiropractor at that time and this pillow was amazing to keep my neck in alignment while I slept. I’m totally recovered and still use this pillow. No more waking up with my neck stiff from sleeping on too soft of a pillow. It was a good and fair price for how it helped me. I even packed it in my suitcase for my trip in the winter months.

I used this pillow to help me sleep more comfortably in bed. I have back issues and this helped to get a good night’s sleep. It is heavy but contours to cradle my head and support my neck. Used 2 regular pillow cases to totally cover. Queen or king size pillow case should work well. Dense and not too thin.

My husband started using this pillow as a side sleeper dealing with neck and shoulder pain, and it made a real difference. Once his pain cleared up, he found he needed something wider and moved on to a larger size — but the pillow did exactly what it was supposed to do. I took it over after that and have really enjoyed it. It’s comfortable and supportive. They do offer bigger sizes if you need more width, though those cost a bit more. Overall a solid pillow that delivered on its promise.

Love this pillow and I absolutely can t sleep with any other kind of pillows! I used to have numbness in both my arms during sleep which woke me up to change positions due to my cervical issues and after trying this pillows my sleep has improved and numbness does not happen any longer as it supports perfectly my neck! Highly recommend for anyone who has cervical issues!

Comfortable and is what I expected

Fantastic pillow for support in all positions. I suffer from Anklyosing spondylitis and have fused vertabrae in my neck and lower spine. Have struggled to find pillows to alleviate pain when sleeping but this pillow has been perfect. Comfortable and supportive and now sleep and awaken with out troublesome neck & shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money

What a superior product this is. Excellent item, strongly endorse, alleviated my neck discomfort issue.

I like the support this pillow provides. Unfortunately, the pillow becomes downright uncomfortable when you change position in bed.
