Got this for a gift for my elderly dad who is always cold. He loves it never cold when he gets out of the shower and great to warm a blanket too. Easy to use and it does a great job.

I have wanted a towel warmer for YEARS! I finally decided to “treat myself “ and couldn’t be more glad that i did! I am hot natured but I still like a warm towel after my shower. This WARMS! And freshens with the scent wafers you can buy separately !

My wife asked for this for Christmas which I didn't understand since we have a dryer right near the hot tub that keeps the towels warm. She seems to like it but I feel like it is a waste of money and not worth the price. If you are only heating up 1 towel then it is fine, but you have to cram a 2nd beach towel in because it will barely hold them both. The towels also come out smelling musty. So I would definitely suggest getting the scents and putting them in the holder - that seems to have sold the issue. Speaking of that scent holder...it is a piece of plastic that comes off all the time, slightly annoying. Also, I wish there was a remote with this or a way to extend the timer. If you are in the hot tub or pool...and the 60 min heat timer ends....you have to get out and start it back up again or your towels will just get cold again. Also, once your towels are wet from the pool/tub...then you have to put them in the dryer anyway. UPDATE 3/12/24 After the company read my original review they reached out to me to see if they could send me their updated model. Within a week or so I received the updated model. Although it didn't address all of the concerns in my original review there were some updates: 1. It now has a bamboo-looking handle and base which looks cool 2. The size seems to be about the same from what I can tell - still hard to get 2 large towels into it 3. The fragrance holder is now built into the lid so it no longer falls out 4. Unfortunately the lid is worse in my opinion. The old lid was an easy to open/close door with a hinge. The new lid is removable and very thin. You have to turn it to lock it on/off which is a little tricky imo, esp since the lid is so thin/flimsy 5. I still wish there was a remote so I don't have to get out of the hot tub to restart it. They said they will look into this suggestion on a future model. My original review was 3 stars but since the price has dropped and the customer service was so good, I have updated that to 4 stars.

I was hesitant to get one of these, mainly due to the price. After using it for a week I can say that it is worth every penny. I love stepping out of the shower to a warm towel AND Robe- it fits both! It has a 21L capacity so you could really put whatever you wanted inside. The item itself is super lightweight, doesn't take up a ton of room, and is easy to use. It literally just has the one button so it's nothing crazy. My husband has been asking me to warm his towel for him...but don't tell him I said that. I am grabbing another one for my mother for Mother's Day and I know my dad is going to love it too! It really does heat up my towel in a minute, so if I forget to put it in until right before I step into the shower, it is plenty warm.

To get the best out of this (or any) barrel towel warmer, you have to load the towel properly. One towel at a time, the goal is to have the towel spread around the bottom, sides, and top, leaving a large open cavity in the middle. That way the towel heats up evenly. To do this, grab the towel by one hand, half way along one of its long edges. Let the towel droop from that place, and lower it into the barrel. As it goes in, use your hands to spread the towel around the sides. Then push the lower sides down until the bottom is nicely covered. Gently press the towel against the insides of the barrel, moving the bulk of the towel down until there is just enough left at the top to gently fold over the top. You may need to press the towel out from the inside, so that it is against the sides of the barrel, leaving that important empty cavity in the middle. Close the top. Enjoy!

Keenhot saw my review and frustration with the Amazon return window. Keenhot reached out to me, replacing the unit without charge. The new unit has a much beefier/stronger hinge. It continues to be a great warmer - now with a much better hinge. Great product - great customer service. Original review (3 star) Great warmer. 3 weeks after the return window closed the lid hinge popped off. Snapped back into place easily, but kept popping out under normal use. Frustrating... just need a new lid and can't get it - or a new unit.

Spectacular..give me 14 of them. lol this towel warmer is brings luxury to your home. It comes with a scent disperser which smells amazing and wants your towels in a matter of minutes. It even accommodates my large bathrobe. I use it every day now and it’s holding up well. Definitely recommend.

If you take 20 min showers this may be a great product for you however I take 10 min. My towel would be warm in some places while cool in other places. I tried different techniques but it never worked. The longer I had it in the warmer the better it would be.
