Good Product Sticks well but can be a little challenging to remove the paper backing.

Sound proofing requires a dense but non-rigid foam, while thermal insulation requires density, thickness and compressibility. I have found this to be a terrific solution to both. I used this for my portable AC window insulation as well as for sealing thermal leaks in my home.

I got a new laptop bag and noticed it had little to no padding where your expensive laptop goes which bugs me. With this roll you can add a little bit of padding you can if you want to add a crap ton you can do that too. I will warn you that due to Microsoft failing to make a good product Windows laptops have an issue where they won't go into sleep or standby mode when you close the lid to pack it up. So be carful when you pad you bag and make sure to NOT wrap the whole compartment where the laptop goes as the issue I mentioned before can literally cook your laptop as this padding does't breath at all, so be aware.

Great product, exactly as described. Adhesive backing actually bonded to a kayak made of polyethylene which is very difficult to get anything to glue to. Usually requires specialized glues and preparation. 1/2" waterproof foam is resilient and pliable, not too soft or too firm. Great cushioning for delicate electronics, phones, cameras. Backing peels of in one piece easily. Position carefully before bonding, you will not be able to remove it when stuck on.
