All I can say, It's a remarkable product, and it works. I've been drinking it with my coffee in the morning. I like the taste, but some feel it's gritty. I do it for the health benefits, and in my case it works well. It's not processed chocolate. It's raw like it's supposed to be. Read up on it, try it and you be the judge. It may, or may not be for you. It has a slight bitterness to it, but you can mix in some honey, and put some organic milk, almond milk, etc. It's less expensive than the name brand Ceremonial Chocolate. I love this brand of Raw Cacao.

I recommend this cacao powder. It is very good quality. The label says put it in hot water which I've done but I've also used almond milk which is more delicious and creamy. Very satisfying!
