This product took care pf my problem. I was very pleased.

I've been suffering from cold sores for a few years that are triggered by the sun. This is the only product that has protected my lips completely! I like to vacation on sunny beaches a few times a year and I thought that I would have to stop or at least never see sun on my face again. I am forever grateful that this product exists! It goes on white but quickly melts to mostly clear and stays on for a long time even under water. I still apply frequently when I'm in the sun though just to be safe. The formula melts quite a bit in the applicator when it's in the heat so you can't use it like a usual twist up applicator but I love this so much that is the least of my worries! I just bought 6 of them so I have them everywhere and my vacations have never been more enjoyable. THANK YOU WAXHEAD!!!

Sire, it's waxy/chalky going on, not at all smooth, chunky even. But use your clean finger to rub it in. I'd rather have a product clean of toxins and thick than a smelly, chemical smelling liquid that slides right off my nose and lips. I used to use drug store lip sunscreen and I'd be re-applying it every 30 minutes. This one sticks. I use this in addition to Blue Lizard for my face and body. I am prone to skin cancer. So far this product does well as evidenced by my not getting sun blisters. I use this almost daily. I am outdoors a lot.

Gives hours of protection for your lips

May be a nice product, but the containers are unusable as the product in filled way below the plastic “lip” that holds it. Complete was of money and time. Disappointing
