Rodents are dying to eat it!
Rodents are dying to eat it! They won't touch that other brand, but they can't get enough of JT Eaton Peanut Butter flavored blocks. Any rodent that ventures into our yard does not get to wak away! Great stuff!

Well worth the money
We live in a heavy wooded area. Always had mice coming in. Since getting these the mice have been eradicated. I'll find where one or two have come in cause the new blocks get chewed on but they die shortly after. Plus its such a big container that I can keep putting them around the house to prevent another infestation. Just keep them away from your pets.

Works on City Rodents
I live in the city with new construction digging deep in the ground stirring up rat burrows. The last year has been terrible for these city rats around here. I've started using this product for the last 8 months and have seen a steady decline in visibility rats and in the last few months have seen rats that seem have dropped dead. The bait stations are constantly refilled meaning it's being eaten and working. I recommend this and the use of resealable bait stations for residential areas so pets and curious children can't get to them.

Rats begone!
I hate mice and rats! New construction nearby created a headache for me & my neighbors. Rodents migrated onto our properties. I tried Tomcat, JT Eaton, and Dry-Up brands. Yes, I really wanted them gone. Placed them in the basement (used as storage) and outside the house. Price was not factored in. Here's my experience. JT EATON Not waterproof. Loosely packed block. Strong peanut butter scent. Open trap: Attracted rodents fast. Bait disappeared quickly ...however, it was the messiest out of the three. Crumbs. They left a mess. Bait station: Attracted rodents in a reasonable time. Baits disappeared soon after. What I found helpful for an easier clean-up was, I place the bait station in a low-height open cardboard box (fairly larger than the bait station). Clean-up was easier and minimal. I used a scissor to cut an amazon shipping box. *IMPORTANT: If you have kids or pets, I don't recommend this product. The reason being crumbliest out of the three, it has the highest potential contact with pets or kids. DRY-UP Waterproof. Pelts are tightly packed. Minimal crumbs. Open trap: Attracted rodents in a reasonable time. Baits disappeared slowly. Bait station: Did not attract rodents at all. All the bait was left untouched. TOMCAT Waterproof. Blocks are tightly packed. Minimal crumbs. Open trap: Attracted rodents slowly. Baits took forever to disappear. Bait station: Did not attract rodents at all. All the bait was left untouched. ________ = I chose JT Eaton. I wanted the quickest, fastest result, open trap or bait station I didn't care, which meant I needed the most attractive bait to kill rodents. It was the optimal solution to resolve my current problem. The other two did what they are supposed to do just took a while as long as you don't put them in a bait station.

These are fantastic for eliminating rodents
My neighbor has chickens, turkeys, and ducks. He started getting pickup truck loads of almost expired bread to help supplement feed costs and piling it in his garage. Before I knew it there was a serious rodent problem that not only came to my property but also chewed holes through my patio walls into my house. I called an exterminator as soon as I heard noises in the walls and he set rodent bait stations, gave us glue boards for inside and told us it was a waiting game until it started to thin them out. In the meantime, he is checking the bait stations every two weeks and the bait is gone but the rodents are not. I had a 13 month contract and during that time the rats and mice in my walls chewed a hole behind my 3 month old dishwasher, completely shredding the wiring harness and I had to get another dishwasher. They also chewed the washer and dryer "guts" destroying them and making me replace them as well. Mind you this was after several months of paying an exterminator a ridiculous amount of money with no satisfaction. The problem got worse the longer the "professional exterminator company" was contracted. At the end of the contract I decided I couldn't do any worse than he could and bought my own bait stations. I could buy 3 buckets of bait for what this company was charging me...per month. I chose this bait cause it had good reviews. The bait came first, there was some kind of problem delivering the stations but I could not wait so I put some long, thin nails on some 2x4's and placed the poison on them. The next day, half the bricks were gone, so I added more bricks, same next day, same next day. I kid you not, after 5 days and before the stations even arrived all the rodents were gone. I set the 6 stations out and barely had any of them eaten since. No more visible rodents, no more poop on my patio, no more poop in my animal food bins, they are all gone. I live on 3 mostly wooded acres with my own chickens, turkeys, ducks, pheasants etc and have not seen one sign of a rodent since day 5. I will continue to check the bait stations and resupply as needed cause living in the middle of nowhere with many birds makes my property a great place for rodents to find but I have no more problems, even with the extra cold Dec we are having. Before this bait we were fighting and losing an extremely frustrating and very expensive war with rats and mice. If you are considering getting this bait, stop considering and do it, you will not be disappointed. I cannot express enough how satisfied we are with this product.
