These appear to be exactly what they claim to be in terms of quality and potency. For short term use they should be great! But I need to take zinc daily long term. Apparently 50 mg daily - outside of short term use - is generally considered toxic as it exceeds the 40 max. I instead order 15 mg with 2 mg copper to help prevent copper deficiency (I donโt want to go bald from copper deficiency :)

I supplement with whey, creatine, and Casein at different times throughout the day. I take this zinc with a vitamin D supplement at lunch time, and not sure what's working but I am consistently getting stronger and stronger. I think it is working. Also my X drive is tony the tiger greeeeeatttt!
