Hello does this work on an induction hob?

It does NOT. I bought one, fired it up and am disappointed. A question answered here said it did work, and that is a lie.

At what point should the pressure gauge start moving? I’ve had it on the hob for 30mins and so far the pressure gauge hasn’t moved in the slightest.

Pressure takes a while to build on any canner. Make sure it has vented for 10 minutes before adding the weights after which time the pressure will gauge will start to rise.

Anyone got a pdf on how to use this?

Depending on whether you are using it to cook food or for canning, timings may be different. If the instruction manual doesn't give details re particular food types, take a look online for pressure cooker recipes. Home canning is slightly different but again, timings and recipes can be found online.

There are 4 release valves on this, silly question to some but what are they each supposed to do?

They release the steam when the pressure becomes greater than a certain point.
