If you are from the EU, do not purchase! Firstly, the customer support is horrible. I have been enquiring about a refund for a couple of months and was given a US return code which you are unable to use within the UK, and the 'customer support' team are incredibly unhelpful and will delay support until you are outside of the refund period. They also provide 0 support regarding warrantee The voltage is not suitable for the EU and it had broke the machine on the first 5 seconds of using it. I had wanted to gift this to someone but the product is entirely useless now.

Had to fork out a bunch of money on a converter as i didnt realise it was US running 110 untill i purchased. Other than that pretty good

Tried few good converter that supports voltage difference but did not work and last one I tried cheap converter then boom, smoke out from the product now never be recoverable Honestly good review looked very promoted, negative reviews have more accurate description. Now I know why. I ask them to confirm which converter I should use but no reply, they better sell it with the convert that works with the product. Otherwise too much risk

Why are you advertising this on the .co.uk website without making it clear that it is not suitable for use in the UK? The standard voltage in these locations is 230V 50Hz, whereas the model you are advertising is 120V 60Hz. Pay attention, please!

The device burned after the first connection with a simple adapter because it is for 120 volts. This is not the first device I have used and it is made for the American standard. Until now, things have been fine with a simple socket adapter. This time, when it was first turned on, the central fuse of our house fell and the appliance burned. It cannot be repaired. I am very disappointed. I am writing it for all future buyers

Love this kitchen tool. Cooks different Rices and cereals perfectly. Very easy to clean. I saw this being used at someone else's home and was impressed. I ordered mine the next day. It quickly became the most used tool in the kitchen. The air fryer is now second. A good cook book is needed. Wild rice is not a setting but cooks it well if you experiment a little. I purchased 3 different gourmet Rices for personal experimenting and gifts for others. No one liked them making them a bad purchase. I have used this cooker on all three, and more I have found available, they are wonderful! Easily replacing white rice as my favorite varieties. I also have been experimenting with cracked and whole grains as cereal. Best ever! Very versatile machine. I thought it was overpriced but have since recalculated and find it a great value for the money. The provided manual is relatively easy to follow and has a couple recipes but lacking any advanced use coverage.

prodotto alimentato a 120V. Tensione non idonea per l'europa. viene riportato nelle specifiche, ma non debitamente evidenziato. Non capisco perchè non lo riportano in evidenza visto che lo vendono in europa, e la tensione è 220V, pertanto non utilizzabile.

El bowl de la arrocera es de acero y no de aluminio delgado con teflon como los economicos. Tuve una arrocera de 500 pesos y hacen buen arroz el problema es el teflon que se va desprendiendo e incluso en Estados Unidos es considerado producto cancerigeno, si la vas a usar 2 veces por semana pues la de 500 pesos es la opcion a elegir pero si eres como yo que la ocupa hasta 2 veces por dia pues la arrocera Zojiroshi es increible por su bowl de acero aparte el producto en general se ve que va durar mucho tiempo.

Excelente experiência desde o início! Consegui parcelar em 10x e chegou cerca de 5 dias antes do prazo. Funciona perfeitamente em São Paulo, é 110V e só precisa de um adaptador de tomada. A panela é sensacional, leva cerca de 40 minutos no modo rápido e 60 no normal, mas o arroz fica absolutamente perfeito!
