I purchased this natural cosmetic-grade emulsifier because I prefer clean and gentle ingredients for my personal care products. It's a good product but pricier than it needs to be, or should contain more prod as you need more than most recipes call for in shower steamers and bath bombs.

I use emulsifying wax for making skin care products and tried this one for the first time and I was not too pleased. I like my lotion to be a little thicker and it was more on the thin side kind of runnt actually. I may use it for other products but not for my lotion.

We were having issues with beeswax incorporating into a magnesium body butter formulation for our business. We kept finding pellets in our small batches. I got to researching and I came across this type of wax. It melts and incorporates way better and clean up is much easier (beeswax is intense to remove). If you need to do water and oil just use this instead, it's made for this kind of application. I'll need to learn more about formulations but I am glad I found out about this because the quality of our mag body butters has increased greatly after using this emulsifying wax.
