Such a helpful supplement!
My son is using this while in college. He’s been under a lot of pressure, taking hard classes. He’s been taking a daily dose for 2 months, and feels a significant improvement in his mental fatigue, and stress. Even as the semester got harder, he was able to keep his nerves under control.

Works for better sleep
I think I found what works for me to have a good night sleep. I tried everything could think of (magnesium with B6 and many other available for sleep combinations). Nothing worked for me after I start taking this product. I start sleeping a lot better. I moved from 1 to 3 hours per night to 5+. When I wake up, I feel restored. And I also able to fall asleep back if I was awaken. Before if someone woke me up. I would not be able to fall asleep back. I stopped taking it for a few weeks and couldn’t figure out why it got back. But passed two days. I have been taking it again and my better sleep is back. I probably need to test it more to be certain that this is what actually helps me but it looks like it is.
