I noticed that my perimenopausal symptoms have lessened after taking this product for more than two months.

Large pill
It has definitely worked to help some PMS related symptoms of breast pain and tenderness, but it is a huge pill to swallow. Like seriously, biggest pill I’ve ever had. I would rather have to take two than the one large one they have. I’m finding another brand simply because I can’t swallow this one.

Worth it for me!
One of the reasons I order this was because it’s Halal and it’s cold press, so after using it, I really liked it. I felt the difference with continuous use so I will keep ordering this if I could, that is if the quality of the product kept being the same.

Helps a lot with menstrual cramps!
Mom recommended me this since I have very painful cramps, not sure what it's usually used for but it's worked for my cramps tremendously!! Doesn't eliminate entirely but it's so much more manageable now. I also personally haven't experienced any side effects
