It would take quite a bit for them to rip and they will only blow away in the wind if enough air can get under them to do so. They are heavy enough and floppy enough that it would take a pretty strong wind for them to blow away.

Exceptional Value for what it is!

My three year old son started T-Ball this year and is having trouble running the bases. I bought these to have at home to help learn. They are very thin, but durable for smaller kids. I would not recommend metal cleats as they might rip. Overall, they are a great, inexpensive thing to buy to use at home for kids wanting to learn how to run bases!
