I just had great and expected results with pure encapsulation supplements.

So far i have noticed more energy after taking this. I found breakfast to be the best time for me. Dont make the same mistake as me though, eat your breakfast FIRST. I took it before my breakfast a couple times and instant vomit

They are super easy to swallow , in part due to size , but also the capsule is quality. They seem to be working….. it’s only been one month though. So, it’s yet to be determined how well.
