What are all of the ingredients?

Aqua water, boric acid, rosemary, thyme,glycerin, flower extract, sodium hydroxide

Is this supposed to be sealed? Mine is unsealed and has no scent at all, seems like its water.

It does not have a scent. It should have arrived sealed. I show a dog with a white face and this product works well when used on a regular basis.

Would this product work for mouth/beard stains too?

Mouth and beard stain are different than eye stain. Pretty eyes works well on eye stain but mouth and beard stain is better treated using Apple Cider Vinegar tablets which you can order on Amazon too. You need to change the pH of the dog’s saliva.

It will make your dog’s eyes pretty again!

This worked really well to clear out some eye-staining on my Coton de Tulear (little white long-haired dog). I was impressed. You do have to use it regularly, twice a day, until you have cleared up the problem, and also need to clean out the gook in the eye area with a flea comb at least several times a week if you want to try to keep the dog stain-free. One of my dogs who briefly had an issue is now perfectly clean and white again after about a month of use.
