Tried and true
I used this during my last pregnancy and I am happy to use it during this one. I started using it around 3 months pregnant. The smell is wonderful. I haven't developed any new stretch marks. Just as soon as I apply a thin layer, my skin feels quenched. Everytime. It consistently hydrates to keep my skin looking wonderful as it stretches to accommodate baby.I am highly pleased with the moisturizing it delivers every time. The look of the jar has changed since last time. But the ingredients continue to satisfy my skins needs.- a very happy subscriber

I've Bought This 5 Times Through Three Pregnancies ... No Stretch Marks!
I've had three pregnancies in five years, and my babies were not small. My stomach really ballooned out, and I thought there was no way I was going to avoid stretch marks. I used this cream from the start...and shockingly.. I have no stretch marks. It's impossible to say if it was the cream or not, but I could feel it hydrate my skin and I really think it made a difference. The texture is creamy and almost buttery. My skin felt noticeably softer after I put it on, though I needed to wait a few minutes to let it dry before putting my clothes on over it.It has a relatively mild smell, but it's not non-scented. I was very sensitive to smells my entire pregnancy, and this didn't bother me. It almost smells a little citrusy. It doesn't smell like I'm wearing a strong perfume, which was important to me with my super sensitive stomach. All in all, the fact that I bought this over and over speaks for itself. I highly recommend it. I used it over my entire torso, including my chest, which helped retain elasticity in the skin throughout. For all you pregnant women reading this, sending you all best wishes for a healthy and happy pregnancy!!

Great pregnancy stretch mark cream
This cream has been amazing during my pregnancy. It keeps my skin very hydrated, soft, and smooth. I’ve been using it daily on my belly and hips, and it absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. The scent is light and pleasant, and it really helps with itching from stretching skin. Highly recommend for expecting moms

Great product but new formula smells awful!
I want to give 5 stars but the new formula drops it to 4 stars. I've used this product for both pregnancies, in 2020 and again this year currently at six months along. I've LOVED using this product and didn't have any issues until recently. I subscribed to receive two creams every two months. I noticed a change in the formula of my last shipment from February 2024, which I just started using this month. The appearance, color, texture, and especially the SMELL are different. The sweet apricot aroma has been replaced with an attempt at a lavender scent but failed horribly! It smells like nasty plastic or rubber, which is enough to make me consider switching products. I've reached out to Trilastin customer support through their chatbot and email but have not received a response for over a week now. I've BEGGED them to return to the original formula.Aside from the nasty new smell, this product has been generally positive for me. I had no stretch marks during my first pregnancy and none so far in my current one. While I can't say definitively that it's due to the product, I've read that stretch marks can be hereditary. If your mother had them, you're more likely to have them. Unfortunately, my mother passed away when I was young, so I don't know if she had stretch marks and I don't have any sisters to gather additional information. I've recommended the product to two friends who still developed stretch marks during their pregnancies. One friend was pregnant for the first time, and the other was on her second pregnancy. You'll find hundreds of reviews with varied results here. While I can't claim that this cream is THE miracle solution, in my experience, it has effectively prevented stretch marks in my case. With that, I am considering a new cream because I just cant bare the new smell.

Honestly so worth it!!!!
Highly recommend this cream! I’m not sure if it helps with stretch marks as I already started to get them (hence why I purchase this in the first place) but the texture of this cream is the best part! It feels so light and fluffy and easily melted into my skin. My belly feels so moisturized and insanely soft and doesn’t feel greasy or heavy yet it also lasts all day. As someone who been dealing with sensitivity to smell to the point where everything gets me nauseous, this cream surprisingly doesn’t irritates me and has a nice hint of freshness and spa-like smell. For the first time I’m actually enjoy using a belly cream and will continue to repurchase this postpartum!

100% WORKS!
100% Works! My wife has been using Ttilastin Stretch mark cream, the oil and the accelerator since about the middle of her first trimester and she is now at week 31 in her third trimester and so far she has gotten ZERO new stretch marks. She uses it twice a day morning and night as directed. She comes from a family of stretch mark prone skin, so she was definitely skeptical but we were willing to try, because it doesn’t hurt to try! It’s a bit pricy BUT way worth it tho right? Getting around permanent damage was worth it for her. Anyway, if you’re wondering if you should try it, or just find out you’re pregnant? Do it! Also it’s WAY cheaper if you sign up for auto ship. :)

Moisturizing and nice smelling, still have stretch marks
I have super dry and super sensitive skin, I can't use hand sanitizer or most lotions because they hurt my skin especially during cold months, but I have not had any issues with this moisturizer.I have still gotten mild stretch marks on the underside of my stomach (below my belly button), they aren't very long or dark, I am at 36 weeks and have gained about 25 pounds so far.I honestly didn't really start showing much until I was about 28 weeks along (it just looked like I had eaten a somewhat big meal before then 😅), so basically all of my bump has been in the last month in a half or two months which probably is part of why I still got stretch marks when using this.My first container smelled like tanning oil (coconut to me) and the second smells more like mango or pineapple, but isn't overly smelly. Since it's made out of natural oils the scent slightly changing isn't surprising or an issue in any way, it just interested me when I opened the second container.I've been using this at least twice a day for the last few weeks on my stomach, sides of my hips and some days a little on my lower back (not as often, mainly when it feels dry). Before that I used it once a day after showers because, like I said, I didn't really have a bump. This is my first pregnancy so I can't say if I would have had more stretch marks if I hadn't used it, but considering how small and light mine are, I would say it's definitely helped.I didn't expect to have no stretch marks at all from using this (even though many other reviewers said they didn't) just because of how dry my skin constantly is, so I'm happy with how well it has worked for me.UPDATE: I am now at 41 weeks have have stretch marks all the way up to my belly button (they're probably about 6-8 inches long), they still aren't very dark, but my skin sometimes feels dry and slightly itchy. I have one part of my skin that looks like when you bruise and almost break the skin, it doesn't hurt or bleed, but definitely didn't expect that with how great people said this lotion was.Previously I wasn't dissatisfied with the results since I know I have really problematic skin, but now I'm a bit disappointed with the final results.★ UPDATING AGAIN ★It has been a couple years and I used shower oil and body butter lotions during pregnancy since then, and have had better results with those products (no itchiness, and only one new mark).I have also learned my skin is more likely to get stretch marks than the average person, so I added one star back on because the results probably aren't entirely the lotion's fault... 😅

Amazing stretch mark solution!
I’ve struggled with stretch marks my entire life. I used Palmers as a teenager, and with my first pregnancy, I used Bio-Oil. Both were heavily scented and did not work for me. Bio-Oil had to be re-applied 2-3x a day and my stretch marks were still awful. I remember Palmer’s being extremely heavy and did not make a difference in appearance. I am currently pregnant with my second and decided to try this product. I apply at night before bed time and give it a few minutes to dry. It lasts me all day and even improved my old stretch marks! My skin feels smooth and doesn’t itch with growth. It applies like a cream, but doesn’t feel heavy at all. It doesn’t appear to stain clothing either. I highly recommend this product!

Complete Waste of money.
No results even after 5 month of application.

Great consistency and results!
I love this cream, it does not pill up on the skin like other stretch mark creams I tried and smells great, very light consistency (not oily). I am 30 weeks pregnant (first pregnancy) and have not gotten any stretch marks so far using it.

Non-greasy + helped prevent stretch marks during pregnancy
This cream was great for me during my pregnancy. I put it on daily, in the morning and evening, and did not get any stretch marks throughout the 39 weeks I was pregnant. It absorbs into the skin quickly and has a light pleasant smell. It didn't leave any residue on my clothing like some of the belly butters do.It would be great if this came in a larger size as the 118ml tub would only last me a month or so and I had to keep purchasing.

Changed formula?
I used this with my first pregnancy and only got one stretch mark. I am someone who usually gets stretch marks all over. I just finished a jar this morning and opened the new jar I just ordered. The smell and texture is not the same as it has always been (my entire last pregnancy and the jar I just finished). Disappointed that this jar is not the same as the past 3 or 4 I’ve used. Not sure what changed. The original smell and texture were so much better.
