Customer service is terrible! I reached out by email 2x no response! The dropper that comes inside the box is terrible, the numbers on the dropper are so light you csn’t even see the numbers. The numbers should be darker. So be careful when you are using the dropper that you don’t overdose your child with to much zinc.

It was missing a dropper, so it was probably returned.

I put the dropper in the bottle and product spilled everywhere; the cap does not screw on, so I figured out the dropper has to be kept separate. Then, I discovered the dropper does not even work. Frustrating. Waste of money.
