Best compression gloves
Iโve tried several brands of compression gloves, and these provide the best compression by far. I normally wear a size Small, but I ordered an XS for a snugger fit, and it works perfectly. These gloves have made a huge difference in relieving my hand swelling and joint pain overnight. I wake up with my hands pain-free and without swelling. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to make the finger sections slightly longer so they cover the last knuckle.

Excellent, but order a size down for the best compression
I was unsure about giving these gloves 4 or 5 stars only because I'm not sure how long they'll hold up (I've only had them for a few weeks and they are already showing more wear than expected since I primarily wear them at night in bed), but I decided on five stars because they really do work and they have helped me tremendously. I broke my right hand two months ago and when the cast came off, my hand was so swollen and painful I could barely move it. I've broken bones before but the swelling this time was truly awful. On top of that, I've had some serious carpal tunnel issues in recent months in my left hand. For my broken hand, the orthopedic surgeon told me to expect pain and swelling for many months (like 6-12) but these gloves have made a HUGE difference. With the reduction in swelling, I've been able to use my hand much more easily (kinda hard to do much with a swollen mit and sausage fingers) which has enabled me to regain strength and flexibility far more quickly than I ever could have otherwise. For that alone these gloves deserve ten stars. Then using the other glove under my carpal tunnel wrist brace at night has ended that last little bit of pain/numbness. The brace alone was working great, but combined with the compression glove, my hand and wrist actually feel normal again. My only recommendation is to order a size down. I measure as a size S but ordered the XS just to make sure there was enough compression. The XS has been perfect. Overall, these gloves are very soft, comfortable, and provide a perfect level of compression (if you get the right size). Even if I have to replace them in a few months, they have been worth every penny for the relief they've provided. I am so glad to have found them!

Wear these daily when writing
I do a lot of handwriting every day. I'm right handed, but I wear gloves on both hands. These gloves have been a life saver! First, they protect my pinky from rubbing against the paper when I write. Second, they help my hand to stay still and firm, instead of feeling loose all over the page. And I find that my fingers don't tire as easily when I'm wearing these gloves. The compression definitely works on my arthritic hands! Each glove has the Isotoner brand name on the bottom of the glove. The exterior stitching means they feel seamless on my fingers. I don't know who thought of this but they're brilliant! No stitching to rub against my fingers. And the material is nice and stretchy, I have complete mobility wearing these gloves. They're so comfortable that I literally have to remember to take them off when I'm not writing.

Wow! Life-changing gloves
I've only had these gloves for 24 hrs. They are already changing my life. An in-home fall that resulted in a badly broken wrist has left me with neuropathy in the thumb and first three fingers of my hand. Most people have no concept of what it means to have numbness and pain at the same time. And especially when it's in your dominant hand, it's even more devastating. Within an hour of putting on this glove, my pain level had dropped from an 8 to a 2. And because of the length of the finger coverings, I'm finding that it's more comfortable to touch and handle things as well, like flatware while eating, which normally feels like I'm trying to hold onto a block of ice. The whole "ache-factor" has dropped to a manageable level for the first time in months. What a revelation and a relief. I'd hesitated to buy these glove after getting a lukewarm response from my OT, who was concerned that my hand wouldn't get enough "normal" exercise with them on. I'm pleasantly surprised to find that I'm actually using my hand more, plus the gentle compression actually exercises my hand during routine activities. I do, however, remove the glove to do the prescribed OT exercises, which I think is important. I only gave 4 stars because: 1) they're slippery - I'd like to see a version with sticky dots like hospitals put on their socks, so that I could pick up a glass without having it slip out of my hand; 2) I'd like to see these gloves offered in single glove packages, for people who only need therapy on one hand; and 3) please, a black and/or dark brown version! In just one day of relatively low use the beige color already looks a little dingy. I've just ordered a pair of the full-fingered version for days that are cooler or when my fingertips are just plain cold. Aside from the concerns listed above, I highly recommend these gloves for anyone who needs pain relief for their hands. And that extra glove? I turned it inside-out and will use it for an alternate. Amazingly, despite the neuropathy, the seams don't seem to bother me.

Relief at last!
I have multiple causes of hand pain, from De Quervain's Tenosynovitis to scar tissue from old sprains. These gloves are a godsend. I ordered the small, though my circumference was closer to medium. I'm glad I did, because they're just tight enough to provide mild compression (I'm tempted to actually get a second pair in extra-small for short periods of high compression). The external seams are durable and comfortable, though they are more prone to fraying if worn during any kind of manual labor - I'd recommend wearing a pair of gardening or cleaning gloves over them if you're doing more than light cooking or typing in these, just to preserve their life. They do stain easily, but I don't really care, lol, they're easy to clean and dry quickly. I haven't tried wearing them overnight yet, usually through the day when I'm actually using my hands is plenty. Finally, I want to compliment the makers for the ergonomic design. The compression and glove shape actually pulls my hand into a neutral position, which means I actually have to work to gently abduct my fingers while typing or otherwise using my hands - something I'm supposed to do every day anyway according to my PT. Highly recommended :)

Quality, Fit & longevity
I have had to wear compression gloves for 20+ years. Retired Hairstylist This is the VERY BEST, I have purchased & owned. They don't stretch out so far all seams are good & re-enforced. I will be replacing my stretchy Cotton ones with ISOTONER. These gloves have fingers past the knuckle. I wash them while on my hands. Warm water, Mild soap & lay flat to dry.

Works but ew
Do they work? Yes. But donโt expect to be able to use your fingers freely. The seams are so bulky. They rub together and catch on each other. Hated them. Returned.

Seems come undone immediately
Loved the feel and color, but the seems on the fingers come apart within a week of wearing. I stitched them a few times, but now it's like a viscous cycle... for the price I expected better quality.

Excellent
Takes awhile to arrive however, they're just like the ones that we used to get from the hospital. They're thick, well made, help with swelling and help to keep the hands warm. Fit well under splints. Easy to put on and take off due to the stretch. Great compression and great stretch. I think it is value for money as O.T/disability sites sell the same thing for a lot more which is so unfair. Worth it and a definite recommend.
