I love the look and shape of the handle and the color was as pictured. It was easy to install and fit nicely on the door without making any adjustments. The lock works great.

The one sided 'dummy' lever was exactly as expected. Matched the 'passage' and 'privacy' units perfectly. I also purchased several of the 'passage' and 'privacy' units. Products appears to be good quality. Very easy to install, I replaced old Kwik-set units. Took only a couple minutes. Had to give the 'dummy' and the 'passage' only one star for both 'lock feature, and 'easy to lock', simply because it is a 'dummy' and a 'passage', doesn't have a lock at all, not intended to lock. So, could not give a high rating for something that does not apply. But the 'privacy' set locks and unlocks perfectly, just as you would expect it to do. All appear to be very good quality. The ones I had to switch sides on, were very easy to do. Schlage includes a tool (which is also the 'key' for the privacy set), making the switch very quick and easy. The 'privacy' set lock lever is a button, rather than a 'turn' knob, so there is no issue like I read about on other manufactures sets being horizontal or vertical when locked or unlocked. Any other advice to others looking to purchase, is to make sure you order what you need, regarding the 'dummy' being 'left' and 'right', because there is only one lever, so no option to flip or switch it. This was well worth the extra cost, compared to other manufactures.

Quality seems to be good and it looks really nice and was exactly what we needed having a home full of drive-in latches. All the hardware was included in order to convert to the drive-in latch. The locking mechanism worked as expected. It was easy to convert over to this type of latch with the included directions.

It's got a little pinhole in the exterior side of the lock. About the right size to poke a coathanger through to push the release, so you can open the door and extract whatever little drama queen just locked herself in the bathroom and then claimed the door was stuck so they weren't going to come out ever. CAUTION: It *is* a bit hard to get the two sides to line up. You'll know when it's right when the screw just glides in. If it's even a little off, the screw will be cross-threaded and stick. Do NOT use an electric drill/driver right away. Use your fingers to get it started, make sure the screw is going in easy, and THEN use the driver to finish it off. Otherwise you'll be stripping the threads, bending the screw and ruining the doorknob. You have been warned.

Overall good quality handset that is very easy to install as a replacement for a standard door knob. I purchased 2 sets of these to replace standard door knobs on interior doors. They only took minutes to install. I should note that unlike the door knobs that these handsets replaced, these levers do not operate independently, i.e. turning the lever on one side of the door activates the lever on the other side. The original handleset knobs could turn and actuate the door latch independently. This is probably a meaningless detail but I did take note of it as a design element. There was a slight imperfection on the rim of the bezel of one unit (the small lip that contacts the door had a slight 'ding' in it, i.e. not perfectly round edge, that probably happened during mfg/packing) but was slight enough not to warrant returning for a replacement. The imperfection is not really detectable mounted on the door. Color finish is uniform.

Works great as a handle for a hallway closet door in my home.
