The bottles are true to description and of good quality

The glass bottle quality is good and the packaging was also good. Have given 4 stars as there is room for improvement in the cap quality. The plastic material finish and ease of cleaning of the rubber washer is not great as expected from Borosil. Also, it seems like the cap doesn't align properly to the groove of bottle after keeping it in fridge. On the whole, good product.

As expected from any glass product, one needs to be super careful. Keeping in view that this is not a product that one would sparingly use, it’s better to go for stainless steel. Also one needs discipline to handle this product. Just because there is a holder on the cap, pls don’t use it. If your household is like mine, all you will have is the cap. The bottle will just fall off. I ordered 2 sets of three each. One order was broken for which I got a full refund. Everyone in my family successfully contributed in breaking the rest 3 in less than 15 days of purchasing

The lids have a nice holder but are not fully leak proof

An excellent product. Thick bottle, great size and a very convenient and sturdy cap. The handle in the cap makes it very easy to handle the bottle even if it is wet. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Although the description of the bottles say "Borosil Crysto Borosilicate Glass Water Bottle, Husk Blue Lid, Wide Mouth, 750 ml, Set of 3 - for Fridge and Office", the bottles become fragile if we keep in fridge. The lids expand more easily, may be the bottle shrinks inside fridge, so the bottle cap does not hold the bottle. It gets easily broken.

The top rotating bottle covers fit are pathetic. Not only do they not screw up properly (annoyingly), they also leak badly once fitted if the bottles are tilted. Avoid.

The bottles were not leak proof. The lid was hard to open/close and would leak. Thankfully was able to return as the product was returnable.
