I haven't seen any effect on my skin or hair but the ingredients are quite pure. So there was some benefit but not a great one. I found that glucosamine and chondroitin brought better benefits for my skin and joints.

Last time I received this product I was sent the wrong item. I had always bought the liquid but I was sent the powder, the powder has to be added to a smoothie or a jogurt, which is a massive inconvenience, whereas the liquid is much more convenient to take. I cancelled my subscription after receiving the powdered version, as I couldn’t trust that I would get the liquid again. The liquid certainly improved my facial skin, less fine lines.
