Finally! Easy sizzling rice soup!!!
I was skeptical when I found these, but am so glad I gave them a try. I recently moved to an area of the country where I can't find any great Chinese, so I've been searching for ways to make my favorite recipes. My husband and I LOVE sizzling rice soup, but haven't had good luck frying our own rice. These rice cakes are PERFECT! They're even descent to eat plane. We give them to our 2 year old when he has a stomach ache, and they're one of the few things he'll actually eat. We'll definitely buy them again. The one caveat, is that they came broken into pieces. But for our needs, that didn't matter.

Product great - Shipping terrible
The product itself is great! They do exactly what they're supposed to do and the flavor is lovely. Unfortunately, I ordered this and out of three packages got 7 whole crackers. Everything else was crumbled into small pieces, probably because there was absolutely no padding in the package, so it bounced all over the place. Great if you want to make a sizzling rice soup. Pretty embarrassing when you've invited friends over to show them your culinary skills and instead of pretty, square crackers on which to serve your elaborate dip, you have a few tiny pieces that can't even be dunked. Again, the product is lovely. Amazon's packaging was terrible. And of course there is no refund or replacement available. I will have to go back to scouring the stores for unbroken crispy rice cakes.

The quickest way to enjoy sizzling rice soup at home
These are a dream come true. I LOVE sizzling rice soup, these cut all the corners and make it so easy to enjoy. Just heat your broth/soup, microwave a couple cakes for 30 secs -1 min and drop into hot broth, it even sizzles if you work fast. The three pack is a great value.

Arrived in perfect condition. Yummy and fresh
I wasn't sure if they would arrive broken pieces but they were in perfect condition!!!really good and fresh. Will definitely be ordering more!
