La antorcha viene cargado con gas?

Estimado cliente, Nos gustaría decirle que por razones de seguridad, la antorcha no se envía con el gas butano. Pero puede adaptarse a todas las marcas de gas butano, puede conseguir uno usted mismo, ¡gracias por su comprensión! Saludos cordiales, JXTR

Not lighting brand new out of the box and filled with butane. it defective?

There is no Butane in it when you buy it. Has to be filled first before you can light it.

Do the adapters fit any fuel canister? I tried both adapters but they both leak when trying to fill the torch.

There weren't any adapters that came with mine and none were needed when using a standard butane refill. Those WILL leak when the unit is full though, that's how you know when to stop. If yours does that and it's obviously out of fuel then maybe get with the manufacturer.

How do I refill torch?

With a refill can of butane. Turn the torch upside down, there is a small pin. Turn the can of butane upside down, put the tip on the small pin valve thing and press down. I found short fast pumps works better for injecting the fluid.
