I'm writing because I need help contacting ecoworthy. Everytime I go it takes me to their main website and they tell me to contact on the Amazon platform. I recieved a broken panel and just want to replace it. Great product and works as advertised. If anyone could help id appreciate it. Thank you

The inverter was supposed to be plug and play. It worked great for 1 day charging the batteries on a cloudy day. Next day it was no longer charging. Called Tech support and they told me to change the parameters which they supplied me with. That didn't work. I called again and had to leave a message. Did not get a response. Sent emails directly to support person but got no response. In my email I explained how the cooling fans were not working. The unit is broken. Have tried many times to get an answer from the US branch. Customer Service is non existent. Would not recommend this company/product to anyone.

The system not to bad n not to hard to understand to hock up yet there few extra breaks. That u can tie in for battery n all some make working on safer but just make sure wiring battery as says n the solar I have bad eyes but look over penals try make sure that may seem fine but u see any thing wrong under load but test n look over to try not have a brun out on where u install them but if so they seem get back to u after a few days n talk u about thinks witch is nice

I did a lot of comparative shopping very satisfied with this purchase however, it got even better just after the sale. maybe they’ll send me some products to test!

Delivery was great had no issues with packaging everything worked great a year later after exhausting researching seller has poor to no customer support.

Hardest part was getting the batteries correctly lined up and not hooked up wrong, but that's on me. Panels came in good condition, and customer support was there when I needed them. I bought 4 extra batteries, and hooked them up in series and parallel. Added image of how I hooked them up so you don't have to struggle like I did.

The batteries absolutely suck you will get no where close to 10kwh of storage i can barely make it though the night running a 3.2 cu fridge and a 12v tv. The thing will not charge on ac power it will start to ramp up and then fault out after it hits 12 amps. Have tried customer service good luck if you bomb them with calls they might pick up. Did i forget to mention that if you have a metal roof you get the added bonus of having an electrified roof to keep any critters at bay just don’t forget and accidentally touch your down spout. For almost 7 thousand dollars i hoped for so much more. The ad also said you get six batteries and after i pointed it out they just said it was a mistake and changed the description.

Purchased this kit in March of 2023 and first inverter blew, they did replace it after about 2 weeks of emailing back and forth. Then a panel blew, that replacement was much smoother. As far as adding on the system it has been a headache. They have changed their battery design 3 times since my original purchase date 🤦🏻‍♀️ so while all my batteries are the same manufacturer and size no 2 look the same and make storage a NIGHTMARE.
