I originally bought one to put on my desk at work so I can help gentle water to help with a typical stressful day. Easy to set up and doesn't splash, just Zen. I liked it so much I bought another one for my three cats at home.

Worked for two weeks, then started leaking from the bottom, as mentioned in the countless negative reviews

This product was originally shipped with broken parts. I returned it today and received a replacement today also. My new fountain is in great shape. Works perfect. I love it! Thank you.

Fountain looks nice for the price. However, the pump is extremely loud. It cancels out the sounds produced from the falling water. Water is only falling an inch or less. I'm thinking I need a fountain with larger "falls" and definitely a quieter pump. Three stars would be ok and I just can't give them due to the pump alone. PS I am very attentive and have really good hearing. Perhaps it will not bother you. UPDATE: I didn't realize the water in the fountain could evaporate do quickly (1 day). After I noticed and refilled it the finish was much quieter. Changing from 2 stars to 4!

I bought this for my new house. Unfortunately, I didn't test it when I got it so now my return window is over. It completely doesn't work. You can hear the pump trying to work (which is so loud you probably wouldn't be able to hear the water) but it doesn't pump water up to the top tier. We've tried everything we can think of to get it to work, but it just won't. It's a total waste of $64 which unfortunately I won't be able to recoup. Definitely pass on this water feature.

The first of this product that I received was broken (water wheel axel was snapped), was missing the lights and the pump itself. I returned it for another one which had all of the pieces in tact. However, after using it a few times, I noticed a trend: when the water level was high enough that the pump was quite, water would splash out of the fountain. Once enough water splashed out that it stopped splashing, the pump would make noise. This is something I intended to leave running consistently but so much water splashes out that it's not feasible. In regards to set up, for me, it came in an unsealed box (both times) and the Styrofoam protecting the fountain is so weak that it breaks significantly as you try to pull it out of the box. Installing the lights under the waterfall took a few tries but not bad. Installing the pump was fairly easy too. When holding/interacting with the fountain in general you have to be pretty careful because the little plants on the front are just hot glued on and aren't very stable (at least in my experience). Regarding the appearance, I generally really like it. I chose this fountain after some research because I liked the vibrant colors and variety of features (waterfall, lights, cascading rocks, water wheel, etc.). Overall, a pretty fountain that looks nice but makes noise (or splashes water) and is fairly cheaply built. For me personally it was not worth it for the price and I'll be returning it.

Well the pump that came with it has some sort of 220 ero plug luckily I had an extra pump with a us 110 plug laying around also my only other complaint is that there was a lot of hot glue spots all over the place it just looks cheep for how much it cost with a little spare stuff I made it look better personally I suggest a cheaper one and add your own touches to it and you'd get the same quality

it works lol, other than that its cheaply made, and has hot glue blobs in tons of spots where plants or peices were stuck on

I bought this fountain and loved the way a looked, the motor came a little broken but was easy enough to fix and I was happy. Initially it ran beautifully and I only needed to refill every few days however within a week I found myself needing to refill the water within an hour. Initially I had thought it was evaporation however I soon discovered there were cracks all over and water was leaking out. It destroyed my bookshelf, books, collectors items and part of my flooring, also created significant mold problem, Furthermore Amazon did nothing to compensate for the significant damage of property for a product they sell. Save yourself allot of hassle do not buy!
