The product arrived the next day, everything works very well as it is supposed to, and Huion customer services were very helpful and responsive to any questions that I had. I truly recommend this device for all artists.

I used this Kamvas Pro 24" [4K] for a week now (8 hours/ a day) (with a Macbook Pro 14", M1 pro basic config) I always tought Wacom had "overpriced" products because they were the only one at the top of the pyramid... But as a professional illustrator, what could you say ? Nothing lol. You just have to buy it if you want to be more efficient. So i used a Wacom 24" for a long time. (and a 16" 4k too, and both were great) I was waiting for this product for YEARS. A real competitor with Wacom Pen Display ? Yes it is !! HUION has made it ! Let's go straight. Between CINTIQ Pro 24 and KAMVAS 24 Pro (4K)... Comparison / Similarities: - PRICE: Big difference. KAMVAS Pro: 1200-1300 USD. WACOM Cintiq Pro 24: 2100-2200 USD. - FLUIDITY= Same fluidity when you draw on your software. - READY= I plugged it and it was ready to use (with driver installed). No issue. - TEXTURE= The texture of the glass is slightly different. If Wacom is 10/10, Kamvas PRO is like 9,5/10. It's a little (really, a little bit sloppier than Wacom). You still have this kind of paper texture !! - NOISE= Kamvas PRO doesn't make ANY noise. Wacom is like a plane taking off all the time lol - PEN= The pens are a little bit different. Kamvas Pen has rounder tip but i was used to it in seconds. - RESOLUTION= Both are 4K display, high precision of work. - CONTRAST= Contrast of screen is a little bit better with Kamvas Pro. - COLORS: Colors are more vibrant with Kamvas Pro. - PLACE: Kamvas Pro 24 take LESS place on your desk. It doesn't have those annoying bezels on the sides. Really great upgrade compared to Wacom !! (you still can rest your arm on it to help you draw) - SHORTCUTS: Kamvas give you a kind of a square keypad that you can put on top of the tablet. I don't use shortcuts like this or Wacom Remote. Only keyboard. So i can't tell you anything about this. - CABLES: Kamvas PRO 24 has shorter cables. Bonus: Kamvas PRO 24 has basic stand legs, like Wacom. But you can buy a really good and convenient Huion stand for 100USD :) You'll have a better drawing angle for your neck ref: HUION ST100A Also ! I have tested the latest Kamvas 16" PRO 4K version (from a friend) before i tested this one. It's the same quality as the 24", you can go for it too ! I let you do a conclusion with all these informations ! I hope it helped. If i have any issues in the future whith the Kamvas, i will modify my review.

Now the screen quality is amazing. I love the colors! I love the HDR capability. I loved the brightness. The form factor is not too bad. The build quality - materials used are not bad, but not great either on the monitor. The pen, pen stand and remote are very VERY cheaply built - but function very well, so I didn’t care. The glass on the screen seems to be crudely cut - you can see ragged edges if you look carefully - it is not precise machinery for sure. The pen - is inconsistent with pen pressure (at the beginning of strokes it registers too much pressure then it goes back to normal functioning. This is in addition to the fact that the pressure sensitivity is too high (feels like a very soft touch will always register too much pressure) - of course I went to settings and calibrated the pressure sensitivity to hard and hardest settings - same issue. The upper right corner - the glass was over hanging the edge. For an hour I kept thinking if this was normal??? Nope - you can push it with your finger and it will stick to the adhesive for few minutes and slowly pop back up. Immediately repackaged it and requested a return. Which really broke my heart! I really wanted this to work!
