Great as Mouth tape
I use this as mouth tape and it is pretty good. There is a little bit of residue on my skin after when I take it off but I just pinch it a little and it comes off easily. I stick it on my hand before I put it on my mouth so it is less sticky. I stick it on my skin above and below my lip and over my lip but have lip balm on my lip so it doesn't stick as much but still works great!

Not good for face taping!!
I bought this tape because I've been trying to MacGyver a DIY breathing strip. I used it for like 5 separate nights and wouldn't really recommend it for face taping. I don't have really oily skin — I'd categorize it as combination type that's a bit more oily in the T-zone. If you're trying to use this tape for a breathing strip OR as a Frownie replacement, you'll find that overnight the adhesive combines with the natural oils in your skin and creates a very very goopy adhesive — it does start to come off during the night, but the adhesive sticks to your face and it very hard to remove. I'd recommend it for basically any other application that isn't face-taping, or maybe for folks with dry, not-sensitive skin? Also, like other people have said, the dispenser is absolute asinine. Makes it genuinely harder to tear the tape than just using your fingers, and exposes way too much of the tape to the air so you need to cut off/discard the first couple inches anyway.

I use it if CGM monitor starts to pull off prematurely.
