Amazing. easy to use. bought two pairs. The M size was perfect for the wife's size 5 boots and the XL was perfect for my size 12's. walking up ice paths in the Malverns in ease where others simply couldn't go.

Got these to fit to my Timberland walking boots for those icy days. They are very well made. Spikes are sharp and grip excellently. They fit very snuggly so no chance of them slipping off. A very cost effective way to upgarde your favourite boots and minimise the risk of a fall on icy pavements as winters get colder, longer and more brutal.

First day, bliss. Able to walk with confidence and safety on ice and snow. Showed many passers-by who were slipping and sliding. Second day, the metallic bar on one boot had come adrift and caught on the other boot. So when I tried to go down my front door steps, my feet were effectively tied together and I took quite a fall. Husband repaired cleats with pliers. Something to check before use.

Really sure grip on snow and ice. Easy to fit and remove. Stay on well.

Very easy to take on and off, even with cold hands. Seem pretty robust so far and they fit all my walking boots. Traction in snow and ice very good.

I bought these just before heading for Austria a few weeks ago. They are easy to out on and take off and are brilliant for snow and ice paths. Felt much less likely to slip or fall. Good value all round. Still seem sturdy after almost daily use for three weeks

A bit fiddly to put on so I’m going to leave them on a spare pair of boots. Not had a chance to try them on icy paths yet. UK size 8 and the large size is a good fit

We live in the mountains so these are a must. We’ve tried some of the best snow boots out there, but we still slide around when simply walking. I got these crampons and wow, what a game changer! There’s absolutely no slipping at all even on ice. It makes both walking and running so easy even when roads or trails are sketchy.The crampons are very stretchy and super easy to put on. I put my shoes on first then the crampons. I’ve worn them many times walking on ice, trails, stones, etc and they’ve held up great so far.Make sure you get the right size. I got a medium for both me (size 8.5 women) and my husband (size 10 men’s) and they fit my husbands shoes perfectly but the Medium is big on some of my shoes. The medium fits on my super bulky shoes but if I wear them with less bulky shoes, the chains are loose on the bottom and snow gets stuck inside the loose chains and forms a big snowball under your shoe.It might be a good idea to buy two sizes. Because they’re so cheap, you’re better off buying two sizes so that you get a perfect fit no matter what shoe you choose to wear.

I live in Northern Michigan and have used the mini cleat style ,which the cleats eventually fall off and also use the yak Trax style with the coiled wire which usually works pretty good. Anyways,we had a lot of snow and then it warned up ,melted and was followed up by rain and then refroze. My Yak Trax just slid on the ice below the snow and I wanted something more durable than the previous mini spike cleats ,so I decided to give these a try while snowblowing my driveway. These worked impressively well and definitely dug into the ice below the snow allowing me to not slip or slide at all. I have balance issues so even a slight slip can cause me issues such as my yaktrax in this scenario. These are made with a nice thick durable rubber with the spikes attached to a chain vs a rubber backing found on the mini spikes I would usually buy once or twice a year as the spikes would eventually detach. A prior review I read on these said they had mini spikes but that is not the case and I included pics with this review. As I said above,after a lot of snow followed by the melting and rain and refreezing,my long driveway and private road was literally a solid sheet of thick ice under new snow and these gave me excellent traction with no slipping at all. These exceeded my expectations in not only the grip but in the build quality. Heavy rubber and solid chains and spikes make me believe these are going to last me quite awhile. I would recommend putting these on your boots/footwear before you put them on your feet as they do need a little tug to get them on due to solid rubber compared to the cheaper and thinner mini spike ones. They also include straps to hold both sides of the crampons over the top of the foot to further secure them although I did not use those and they stayed on just fine. It also includes a storage bag to put them in which is appreciated as these are solid and beefy crampons,so it's nice to have them stored in a bag due to their size with the chains and larger spikes. They gave me a lot of confidence and I am definitely glad that I paid the few dollars more because these are definitely worth it. If you spend time outdoors on heavy snow and especially Ice,I would recommend these. A well deserved 5 stars in my opinion.

Après une chute qui m’a coûté deux côtes et plusieurs jours d’énormes douleurs, j’ai enfin compris qu’il me fallait des crampons… après avoir bien cherché ce qui conviendrait le mieux, je suis tombé sur cet article et après réception je les ai mis sur mes simples tennis et j’ai pris une côte complètement glacée pour les tester réellement, à chaque pas on entend et on sent bien les crampons qui rentrent dans la glace, du coup on se sens bien rassuré et mes amis du petit village de montagne d'où je suis, on été conquis et en commander les mêmes 😂…

Ich bin absolut begeistert! Diese Spikes waren nun in 3 Wintern mein absoluter Retter. Gerade wenn die Straßen und Feldwege spiegelglatt gefroren sind, traut man sich ja kaum noch raus – aber mit diesen Dingern läuft man wie auf Schienen.Die Edelstahl-Spikes krallen sich richtig fest in Eis und Schnee, sodass man absolut sicheren Halt hat und nicht wegrutscht. Sie lassen sich einfach über die Stiefel ziehen und sitzen bombenfest. Für jeden, der im Winter sicher und unfallfrei unterwegs sein will, ein absolutes Muss. Nie wieder ohne!
