CARENEL Lip Sleeping Mask 5g (Berry 3Set) - Korean Hydrating Overnight

I was honestly pretty surprised by how quickly this mask worked. I had severe cracked lips, where when I talked they would start to bleed. Kissing my husband began to be embarrassing because I could tell he could feel how dry my lips were. No matter how much water I drank, or different lip balms I tried, nothing seemed to work. I kept hearing and seeing ads for lip masks, I'm assuming because I wouldn't shut up about how much they hurt lol, but they were just out of budget for me. I can't justify spending 30$ on a lip balm for chapped lips. So, I decided to opt for this brand because the reviews seemed trustworthy, and the price was decent enough to where I wouldn't be too disappointed if it didn't work. When I received the package, I did receive 3 in a box. I did notice how small they were, but expected them to be because of the reviews. However, the size of the container is not a hinderance, a little goes a very long way, and because it is so small, it's easy for me to take one with me in my purse just incase. When I initially put it on, it didn't feel like it would do much of anything. There's no feeling of "mint" or "refreshness" you might feel with certain lip balms, but I know now that it's just to trick you into thinking it's working. The first night I put it on right before bed, and woke up to see that my lips started to peel off the dead flakey skin. I resisted my urge to self exfoliate (bite the skin off), and applied another coat that morning. After repeating applications morning and night for a couple days, I noticed a significant change in how my lips felt. My husband started to notice as well (gasp)! More so he started asking for applications too when he saw me putting it on. My lips right now are the softest they've been in a really long time. Whenever I forget an application, I start to feel the skin on my lips begin to separate like they could begin to crack soon, I just apply and it instantly goes away. I'm not sure if my cracked lips will be with me my while life, but this product has been the only thing that has helped, and honestly I'm grateful. I would 100% buy this again. If you consider getting this product, I hope it works for you as well.

I have been using these lip masks for years now and they’re great! I put them on at night before bed and wake up with moisturized lips! I even keep one in my bag and apply a light layer during the day. There’s no odd smell or flavor, and the color is very neutral on the pink so it doesn’t look like you’re wearing any lipstick, plus you can add a lip tint on top to give a really glossy look while still being moisturized. Highly recommend!!

I love this product and I've repurchased already. I got this as a dupe for the LANEIGE sleeping mask and it repairs my lips overnight for a fraction of the cost. I keep one in my purse, next to my bed, next to the couch. I've tried so many lip balms and this is by far something I will continue to use as long as it's available. My one daughter has extremely dry skin and this one product is an immediate fix for her lips overnight, where Burt's Bees or Bag Balm do nothing for her.

I’ve been using this product for a little over a year now and I’ve honestly been very happy with it. I apply it at night and wake up with hydrated lips. Sometimes I’ll apply it in the morning to keep my lips hydrated throughout the day. It has a very nice strawberry scent to it. I think the texture might be off putting to some as it does have a lip-gloss type feel but it personally doesn’t bother me. Also, my lips are so soft after use.

I bought this in January of this year and I love it. Feels good on lips not heavy like a lot of others. I am starting my last one tonight. I’ll admit I haven’t been using every night or day but I can tell a difference. I’ve wasted so much money on others but not any more. I am sticking to something that actually feels good on my lips and works. I think if it works this well on senior citizens lips it should be great for younger lips! Highly recommend

I really enjoy this nighttime lip ritual. Ive been using for years and was excited to try pomegranate. While the other flavors do not have color and are not sticky, pomegranate has an orangey tint that got all over my pillow. The texture is different from the others — it’s sticky like a lip gloss. It’s awful. Lime and berry are still winners!

Love this brand and such a great alternative to laniege and other lip masks. Gave these as stocking stuffers. Great price and good item and if the recipient doesn’t like it, it isn’t too much of a waste. The product itself smells good and isn’t sticky. Keeps lips moisturized for a long time so would use during day and night. Smells heavenly too

Let me preface this review by admitting openly that I am and have always been a lip balm junkie. If ever stranded on a remote island with only one object for survival it would be something to keep my lips soft and smooth and hydrated. I fear the zombie apocalypse much less than I fear dry, chapped and cracked lips. Anytime a new lip product comes out, I have to have it. Needless to say, my quest for the perfect product has been peppered with disappointments. This is a product I’ve been looking for my whole life! The first night I tried it, I applied a little glob onto my lips and noted the smooth, light yet wonderfully emolient texture and it’s subtle pleasant scent. When I woke up the next morning and shuffled to the bathroom sink to wash my face, I looked in the mirror and WOW! My lips looked amazing! They were plump, full and so healthy looking! So much so, I decided to skip wearing lipstick for the day and STILL got compliments from my husband and daughter. She said “whoa mom your makeup looks great!” Yeah! and I wasn’t even wearing any makeup on my lips! I have been applying this now day and night and haven’t reached for another product since I got this. I plan on buying a bunch more to stockpile and share with friends and family. I’ve used products that cost so much I’m embarrassed to say. I’ve used balms and creams and serums and oils and peptide complexes, masks - you name it! I’ve never ever used a product that was this effective this quickly and this inexpensive! If you’re reading this, take my advice and buy it!

Best lip balm ever

This is identical to Laneige—at half the price. It's slightly thicker, a tad stickier in texture but it's very hydrating and smoothing. Nice smell/flavours, wish there was more. Def recommend!

Amazing product, best of best very high quality

I try to use this every night before going to bed. When I wake up in the morning my lips still feel hydrated! My only issue is (and this could be the sole fact that it’s January on the East Coast of Canada) that on nights that I DO forget to use it, my lips feel INCREDIBLY dry and dehydrated. But overall pretty impressed! *I also have white pillow cases and tend to sleep on my side/stomach, and I’ve yet to notice any transfer or greasy residue on them from the lip mask!
