I absolutely love these cups, however, I had to request a replacement for my first order. All but 1 of the cups arrived cracked and glass was all over the package inside when I opened it. I had read this in the other reviews prior to purchasing, but was hoping the issue had been addressed. It has not. Thankfully, my second shipment came unbroken and I enjoy these glasses daily. The straws are so cute and thick! Great for smoothies or boba.

I purchased this set mid November and left them new in the box until my kitchen was finished last month. It’s a set of four and unfortunately one of the cups had a hole in the bottom of the glass. I didn’t even notice it until I actually filled the cup up with soap and water and couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t holding the liquid and that’s when I noticed the little hole.Due to waiting until my kitchen remodel was completed and the fact that I was past my 30 days to request a replacement/return I was worried I’d just be totally out of luck but nevertheless I reached out to the company explaining my unfortunate situation. They were so kind, super empathetic and sent a replacement immediately. Honestly hands down some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!As for the cups themselves, they are of a heavy duty glass, completely leak proof and even include an extra top and seal. This set has literally everything you need especially if you are a coffee drinker. Oh and the straws, one of my favorite things because they are extra wide and made from a very thick heavy steel. This set even comes with a handy straw brush for cleaning, clever little canvas bag to hold the straws and when you aren’t using a straw in your cup, a cute little silicone cover to make the cup air tight. Everything about this set is so very well though out. I’ve been using my cups for over a month now and I love everything about them. Do not hesitate, buy these now, you won’t regret this purchase in anyway.

There’s nothing bad that I can say about this. To start off, the package was great; the cups were bubble wrapped and kept secure in the box. The colors are also exactly like in the picture, and I’m very satisfied with how it looks (I ordered the set of four: 2 pink and 2 purple). I also love that there’s a stopper (it’s removable) on top of the caps to cover the straw hole when not in use - very sanitary and good for transport! The stopper is in the shape of a flower, which is very pretty. The cups itself also does not leak, which is great. I was also surprised to find that it came with two additional caps, one of each color, as well as two additional rubber rings (don’t know what it’s actually called) that goes inside the caps. I think it’s what prevents the cups from leaking. The metal straws are in a separate drawstring bag and the straws themselves are topped with a purple rubber thing (also don’t know what it’s called) which is pretty nice. It’s also removable, so it’s easy to clean. I do wish there were both pink and purple rubber things, but the purple matches pretty well with both color cups, so I don’t really mind. Keep in mind there’s only two straw cleaning brushes despite there being 4 brushes total, but unless you’re planning on giving each cup to a different person, this shouldn’t be a problem. Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase! 5 stars.

I got these for the Boba lover in my life. They're great. Nice thick glass, solid lid. Straws work perfectly. If you're on the fence, get it! They really are well made.

Got these at Christmas and already broken a lid and a container. The glass feels thick but I barely touched this to a tile counter and it broke on impact. Wasn't expecting that.

We were gifted a set of these and loved them so much we got more. They are dishwasher-safe, the colors are vibrant, and the silicone makes holding sweating glasses much easier. We use them for boba, smoothies, and ice water. The lids work great especially outside to keep bugs out. The only con are the straws. I'm not a fan of the silicone mouth-piece on the metal straws, they seem too big. I'd rather just have the metal but that could be personal preference.

I honestly use these so often for iced coffee and fruit shakes that I bought a whole other set because I got sick of washing them constantly. Super durable and I really like this straw and the lid that seals. They are kind of heavy but that's okay I find the versatility to be worth it. The straw with its little tip is very nice too.

The glass is quality. The rubber grip is nice and the straws are beautiful.

Soy amante del boba tea por lo que necesitaba vasos reutilizables y así no gastar tanto plástico cuando fuera por mis bebidas. Estos vasos son lindos y resistentes. El popote viene con protección de silicona para la boca y la tapa sella lo suficiente como para traerla en el auto y que no se derrame. Los recomiendo.

Great quality glass mason jar like cups. The straws are a perfect size to drink boba/bubble tea without blocking. Love the extra detail with the silicon on the straw tip and the grip around the middle of the cup allowing for better handling. It allows tea to be brewed in the cup before cooling for a refresh beverage meaning less dishes needed. The only minor issues is the straw cleaning brush could be a little bigger/thicker to allow it to touch all sides of the straw while cleaning and sometimes the lid is a little difficult to screw on, but coming with spare lids and rubber seals means I'm less worried about them breaking.

Es un producto muy bonito. Viene con todo lo que indica lo que significa que trae dos tapas extras y empaques extras para las tapas lo que me parece un buen detalle.Cierran súper bien y los popotes son de tamaño perfecto para la tapioca.
