I love eating them when I’m on diet, healthy, fat free and I love the texture. Have to say, when I open the product there is slightly fishy smell, but after rinse and drain, it disappeared, and the product clearly listed this information. After 3 minutes boiling, it has no smell at all. The boiled noodles then could be fried, adding different sauce or other cooking methods you fancy. I boiled it and then added pesto, bacon, and spinach in it, give it a stir, the dinner is ready. Simple, quick, and tasty. I used one packet for myself and it’s enough for me (200g per packet). I love to stir fry the noodles as well, the shape keeps very well when stir fry them. I added oil in the pan first, then put Chinese sausage, beans, and noodles in the pan to stir fry them for a few minutes and finally add salt, soy sauce and a bit of chili in it. It tastes great! In all, I would highly recommend this product to you if you were looking for something fat free and gluten free. It has amazing taste and is very healthy. For the price given, I think it's very worth of money.

Love these! Absolutely perfect when on low carb/keto life style! No carbs and not really any taste to them but great with a good sauce and will fill you up! I buy it all the time. Pricey but worth it.

Love Emma Basics as a celiac person. Those ones are the short cut fettuccini’s and I personally like the regular ones. Konjac is great because it absorbs any kind of sauce and condiments but has basically zero calories. Adds proper fibres to the diets. But those are short fettuccine and is not the regular ones (for me anyway).

These are amazing, they take on the flavour of whatever you cook in them. They are filling and substantial. I have not felt hungry, I have had them with vegetables, chicken, in a low cal cream sauce, with vegetables and prawns in a miso sauce, in miso broth. The are so versatile. The smell dissipates as soon as you rinse them. Can’t recommend these enough.

I have ordered this four times and each time they have sent an individual packet rather than a box of 12. I have contacted them repeatedly and they assured me they had corrected the mistake in dispatch, and yet single packets continue to arrive. On the plus side, it has made the single pack of konjac noodles free every time, which is great because these are some of the best flat pasta style ones on the market (hence why I continue to try and order them).

Great low calorie no carb food but if your expecting it to be like pasta then don’t Very strange rubbery texture but edible with a good sauce and pretty filling Also smells off putting when you first open, give it a good rinse before using Don’t think I will buy it again though I’d rather have decent pasta and count the calories

One of the best you can find on Amazon, no fish smell or bad aftertaste. Texture are also quite better than normal noodles. Keto friendly

I used to subscribe to big brand Konjac noodles to make my evening ramen healthier. Recently I tried these fettucini ones from Amazon’s Emma brand. Very glad I did! Good texture and maintains al dente consistency well in boiling soup broths. Ends up similar to Thai soup noodles but without breaking up into lots of pieces (as rice noodles tend to do). Have now permanently switched my subscribe & save to these.
